Lovely staff amazing atmosphere and great top quality home cooked meals.
Been here a few times recently. Not long moved to the area. Nice bar. Today I ordered a bottle of Chardonnay and two glasses. No Chardonnay in stock......fair enough....ordered the Pinot Grigio. Get the bottle to our table, taste it, and it's a bit strange. Look at the bottle and it is 8% alcohol, described as 'Pinot Grigio Grape Juice'. At 14 for a bottle of 8% 'Grape Juice'...well......I like the bar itself.... but don't order the wine. We did mention this to the man on the bar who was a nice fella. But no offer of an actual bottle of 'wine' or a refund. Just an apology. Shame.
Called in for lunch, good food with good service
