Had a wonderful takeaway Sunday lunch in lockdown. Big portions and everything cooked well and very fresh. Good service and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back regularly, thanks!

Had not been to The Star Inn before but visited last week with my husband and was extremely impressed. Was very clean, a great atmosphere, a fantastic gin menu for me, an extensive wine list for hubby, varied menu for all tastes and the food was amazing - quite possibly the best fish I have ever eaten! We will be coming back very soon.
Had lamb shank shepherds pie and rhubarb crumble from the Monday Night supper club menu. Absolutely fabulous flavours and so easy to cook and serve. Picked up on Sunday ready for the oven, or fridge. Highly recommended
Delicious food, lovely team - can't recommend this place enough. Loving their new Monday night supper club too; such a great idea
Excellent Christmas lunch for 12 yesterday, wonderful service and great food. Will be back
