I believe it was USA Today that wrote an article designating The Stand burger as one of the best in the country. It's a quality burger, for sure. The beef is not greasy, clearly it is lower in fat. This is a plus for me but as you know this means less in the flavor department. A great bun, fresh condiments and a good sauce make up for some missing fatty flavor. We had fries... they're good but not the real crispy variety. We really enjoyed the food, hadn't eaten out for a good while (pandemic woes). Drive thru only is how you get your food. We pulled into the parking lot next door and ate in the car to enjoy everything at it's freshest. Be prepared to wait in a long line... The Stand is very popular!

Best burger I have eaten in a while. Maybe I was hungry but it was so delicious! I was starting to regret getting a chocolate shake because I almost wanted more burger as a dessert. But the shake was also awesome! The waitress came quickly to accommodate our big RV for the drive through and took our order and brought it back to where we stopped (a bit farther from the drive through due to the RV being too high). We were just passing by through Phoenix, but if I go back some day I would probably come back. Strongly recommend both the burger and the shake!
Okay the burgers here are so good! The stand has consistently been the best burger spot in town, and even though the drive through line can look intimidating, they’ve got a solid system in place and you never have to wait too long. I love the hand cut fries, but I would recommend sharing. The burgers are all double patties, so it can be easy to order too much food accidentally. I like every burger on the menu, but usually for for the Evil Standard (jalapeños and spicy sauce). They have really great shakes too, and honestly I’ve sat in the drive through just for a shake before, just to satisfy an ice cream craving.
Burger tasted great. Ingredients were indeed fresh and it blended well. French fries had flavor without being overly greasy. I had the Standard as I tend to check out the regular option first before diving into other variations. I'm glad they can at least do the basics really well.I don't think it's the best burger in the Phoenix Metro area as I'm more partial to Rehab, but that doesn't mean its not a great burger.
5 burgers on the menu. Less options are always better! You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu here... and the prices are amazing. Drive through only still.
