We visited on a busy Sunday in September. Queued for a table as no pre booking approx 20 mins. Very impressed by guy on front desk, very friendly and welcoming explained all the Covid precautions. Sat outside at undercover tables, all separated with screens. Ordered food at bar and arrived quickly. We both had The Welsh Burger and it was delicious! Obviously high quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Chips were crispy and fluffy in the middle too. Hoping to go back before we go home.

Enjoyed a lovely meal at the Stables this lunchtime. It felt completely safe with all precautions put in place. Also observed staff diligently cleaning tables and chairs in between customers. Tables well spaced in outdoor heated area. Staff attentive and courteous. Well done Magnificent effort by all !
Really enjoyed our meal and safety measures were high.
Stayed in a b&b nearby and dropped into the stables for dinner. Had the lamb burger which was very nice, and the tuna mayo baked potato was filling. The fried scampi was a bit average, and the choices of beers on tap could have been a bit better.
