Newly redecorated, beautiful interiors. Simple bar menu but good food. Good value, friendly helpful staff

Great atmosphere and great pub. Initially had a few problems but these were quickly solved by the manger who was extremely respectful and apologetic. Would advise anyone who’s looking for a few relaxed drinks to come!

Nice polite welcome by the lady at the entrance, who then showed us to a table. Food was acceptable but not great given the small menu and the price. Chicken goujons were over cooked as were the hand cut chips, of which there was a small handful. Sausage rolls on the pork platter had far too much pastry although the filling was very tasty as was the scotch egg. The waiter that served us was unable to tell us the waiting time for food and didn't offer to find out, after commenting he hadn't been into the kitchen so wasn't aware how busy it was

Very nice place located next to the King's Head It opens up around the back to a very spacious place with bars and eating areas Theres s great drinks selection including real ales and a very good food menu The food was very nice and well presented Great friendly staff make you feel very welcome Pets where allowed Would definitely use again

My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous meal at the Stable Bar. The atmosphere in the bar was great and the staff not only friendly but very professional. The food was delicious. I can not recommend this establishment enough. We had seared scallops with cured salmon to start and steak as our main course.
