The Spotted Cow seemed to be a very cosy pub, with a lovely beer garden. The waiters were very kind and helpful! Extra point for them. I had a \Work in the pub\ deal, which was a bargain for a tenner. The sandwich was so tasty, I devoured it before I could take a picture... I do recommend this place!

First visit party of 6. The staff were amazing so welcoming, friendly and extremely efficient. They are an asset to the pub. The music for me was too loud. Sunday lunch wasn't as good quality and value for money as many other places in Bristol we've visited so wouldn't return
Quiet when I arrived here late lunchtime on a wet Wednesday, but having eaten elsewhere, I wish I hadn't. This establishment has a sophisticatedly decorated interior in grey and cream with black vinyl settles, an interesting menu and six real ale hand pumps all accredited with the Cask Marque certificate. The atmosphere also is more refined and salubrious.
The roast was superb, although the red cabbage had an overwhelming Christmasy flavour and I couldn't stomach much of it. More gravy please :-) They've done really well with the social distancing. My only complaint would be that our waiter wasn't covering his nose with his mask. The beer garden is fantastic and the staff are really friendly.
Really liked it here, covid does it exist? This pub has coped with all the covid restrictions very well!! There are things in place to keep the staff and customers safe from table service to staff wearing masks and a maximum capacity in the toilets. They make sure you don't have to leave your table, book a table in advance as it is busy, you may be lucky to get a table outside if you walk in. The staff are really good and friendly, when they come to collect your empties they ask if your table want any more drinks and if you want serving you ask a member of staff as they pass you to come to your table and they will be there straight away. You can even pay by separate cards within your group. Really good atmosphere because all though covid is in place you don't realise it
