Very Poor Customer Service - Food was average Delivery took 2.5 hours, when i called up at the hour point, i was assured the delivery was out. I called back up at the 1:30h point, i was told it was being prepped for delivery. At the 2:00h point i asked if i could come and collect it, i appreciate the drivers are busy in these times. I would rather, and am owed, to be told the truth. Food was average, the Mixed Grill, which was quite expensive, was mostly taken up by a Chicken Leg, disappointing. Rice and Condiments were spot on. Unfortunately, will not be ordering again.

It was Saturday night and we had really a fantastic meal, service was excellent, friendly staff, lovely decor we will definitely return.
Food arrived 15 minutes early and was delivered by a true gentleman. Food was beautiful! Cannot believe it’s taken me so long to try Spice Heaven. Only small downside is one portion got cold relatively quick and needed reheating. Otherwise I would 100% recommend!
We usually use another Indian in chippenham and have done for years. We decided to try spice heaven tonight and i can tell you all now it is the best Indian i have ever tasted. I could taste the fresh lemon and lime in my curry's absolutely fantastic. Good bye old Indian takeaway and hello Spice heaven! Keep up the amazing work you will be taking many more orders from me
