Absolutely first class service and top drawer glasses every time. I have worn glasses all my life and used many different opticians, however, simply will NOT go anywhere else again. This is how getting your vision sorted should be with super friendly staff offering brilliant advice and assistance. The wife and I are huge fans of the Spectacle Shop team and will continue to use them. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Without question, the best customer service I've experienced to date. Phil and his team really do offer the very best in terms of knowledge, care, and a personnel understanding of the customers requirements. Set in a relaxing environment, your free to browse and try the wide selection of frames at your own lesuire. The staff are polite and friendly, and always on hand to help. During the whole process including the aftercare, the service was second to none, and I'd highly recommend the Spectacle shop to anyone seeking a professional eye care service.
I switched to the Spectacle shop when we moved from Huddersfield. I wanted a local store with lots of choice and they have a big range of gorgeous frames. The team are very friendly and very patient. I feel like I must have tried on a hundred pairs before settling on my favourites, but they didn't rush me. They even pointed out some frames that I wouldn't have tried because they felt they would suit the shape of my face better. I am pleased with my final choice. They are comfy and look lovely. This will now be my regular opticians and when my husband is due his contact lens check he will go there too.
