The Specs Place Opticians Stoke On Trent

John and his team are simply fantastic. My daughter was suffering with sore and watery eyes recently (during Lockdown 2) and within a couple of hours we were seen by John @ The Specs Place. He conducted a thorough full review of her eyes, talking her through the whole process. The result was almost perfect eye sight, but she'd had a slight allergic reaction to something that was causing the problems. After a few minutes chatting with John we established a change in soap at school was the root cause - quickly resolved. Thanks John, excellent service and highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place. If you want excellent friendly helpful service ,then this is the place to go. I saw Jeanette again today who was wonderful, so knowledgeable ,nothing is too much trouble for her. I also had the pleasure of being helped by Caz in choosing a new pair of glasses. She was brilliant and made the whole process so easy. Thank you all very much.
