I have just visited for the first time today and would have to say this is a hidden gem and well worth the trip out if town to visit. I had the American high tea which came out with an array of different things to try. The setting is lovely and the place well decorated the menu also had lots to choose from. The staff were welcoming and couldn't help enough with menu choices. I highly recommend you visit this place for the selection of food on offer at reasonable prices.

Really nice. Just had the Sunday lunch where you help yourselves off your own table. Delicious and plenty of everything. Will definatley be returning

Just had a fine meal at the Social Kitchen to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had had mixed reviews prior to going but can honestly say could not have asked for a better meal and surroundings. Staff helpful. Will certainly go back.
