Clean, tidy, well appointed traditional little pub which has been a landmark in the area for decades. It is within easy walking distance of both the main Dundee football grounds namely Dens Park (Dundee FC) and Tannadice Park (Dundee United FC). Over the years, the allegiance of its customers would depend upon that of whoever ran the Pub at any particular time. Currently the pictures and other memorabilia which adorn the walls are of a predominantly Dundee United persuasion. If you don't mind that, then you could do a lot worse than to pop into the Snug for a pint. The beer is very reasonably priced, considering the prices some places charge these days in considerably inferior surroundings.
Under new management with a very personable young lady manager with good ideas and bright personality. Redecorated and cleaned throughout, on the up.
Great place, great people, decent prices, fits nae tae like? Top marks. :-*
