I went with some friends and dogs after a long walk today and we all sat outside. They were very busy but completely managed to keep everyone at a decent distance and have worked out a good and controlled method of serving whilst keeping everyone safe. I found all the staff were lovely, in spite of being rushed off their feet. All food, drinks and cakes for all of us were well priced and very tasty. Maybe the best Bakewell tart ever? Top marks all round, really.

Visited The Snooty Fox yesterday to eat breakfast in the cafe. We were surprised and disappointed that the breakfast and drinks were served on/in takeaway plates and cups. Of course, I appreciate the current situation we are in with Covid-19 but we also have a big issue concerning the environment. The amount of waste contributing to this just within this cafe is absurd. The breakfast itself was pretty nice but overpriced - 21 for 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees! We do believe we may have been charged the 7% service fee as well which they do not tell you (only in small lettering around the place) - but they don’t show you your order and the cost breakdown. The lady who served us was very nice but felt the whole experience was let down by the price and how the breakfast was served to us. I feel it would actually be more safe/hygienic to use normal plates/cutlery and use a dishwasher than use takeaway plates when they’re being handled just the same. Shame really as it was a nice place and a nice breakfast.

Ordered some pancakes from here via deliveroo and they were the best pancakes I've had, they tasted so fresh.

Considering the dreaded lurgy, it was great. Food is always good. Staff were busy but very pleasant. May pass by again one day.

First time I went there it was spot on. Ordered exactly the same thing a couple of weeks later and it was an entirely different experience. First time: slightly strange queuing and ordering set up but the staff guided me through. Delicious breakfast sandwich, wrapped in paper. Second time: staff snapping at customers (example: \can I get a hot goulash to go please?\ \Well there's only two of us working up here.\ My sandwich was wrapped in plastic and just smashed together. It's not a cheap sandwich either, so a little more care would be nice. I will be back, but wanted to share, maybe the staff read this, maybe not. I didn't complain at the time as it was takeaway and I was already in my car when I opened the bag.
