Very welcoming staff, couldn't do enough for you. The food is amazing. The roast chicken is like having a banquet. The steak was cooked to perfection. Pickled onion ring why have I never had these before, wow. Highly recommend a visit if you're near or not. Worth the trip you won't regret it

Husband & I just had really nice 3 course Sunday roast, food was amazing, service was great so was the social distancing, tables well spaced out. We had beef & lamb dinner delicious. The Uttoxeter Brewery beer Bartley Bitter went down very well. Will definitely be coming again.
Awesome meal. 6 of us eating & not one complaint. We had the steaks & the chicken followed by desserts. Service was brilliant. We dined in the beer garden, which is lovely,. We'd highly recommend you trying the Shrewsbury Arms at Kingstone. A brilliant example of what good tenants can do for a community owned pub.
Always a great meal with friendly staff. Full covid requirements in place to help keep us all safe. Couldn't fault the food or service.
First visit to the Shrew since covid and was great to see the place again. Fully compliant, very well spaced out, very comfortable for all the family. Food was excellent and service was second to none. Even spoilt me with a candle for my birthday. Great team, great pub.... Highly recommend that you visit!
