Beautiful riverside garden with plenty of tables, well spaced out. Wish I'd taken photos, will next time. The gardens were packed out with diners but did not feel hemmed in at all. My first time there & apart from the fact the food was excellent, I was amazed, considering the number of people there, with the superb level of service. I went into the bar just before leaving to tell the manager how much I had enjoyed myself.
Great food (I had the spicy shrimp taco), friendly staff, and cozy pub. Nice homemadebread as well.
Booked for lunch for an anniversary meal.Food was excellent.Staff extremely helpful and polite.Covid restrictions were excellently executed with no problems at all. We have been several times before and will always be our No1 pub when family come to visit. Thanks very much to all staff.
