Went here last night for a family meal where 16 of us eaten. Due to current regulations when booked we were advised that only 6 per table could be seated, but they would allocate us our own area so that we were still \together\ in a sense. They sat the tables perfectly for us so that we could do this. Due to there being so many of us we.were asked to preorder food,which we did. Some of our group ordered starters (not preorder), which all come quicker then expected. When the mains come,each and every one came out together in groups of 4,all hot,all correct and all amazing!!! Again when dessert came,again all 16 of us ordered,it came together and all correct. The service that we received was second to none and truly excellent!!! I would also like to say a special thank you to Ruby,as from the moment I went in to book this,to the moment we left last night,her service of helpfulness went above and beyond!!! I have also been for lunch with children and friends,and again never had a issue and the kids like playing in the woods near by. Thank you shoal hill,for making our night fantastic!!! We will be back!!! Just not all together next time.

Was fabulous meal it was hot very tasty , will be back. Our meals Fish chips, Scampi and chip's and Caribbean Chicken with rice and chips . Delicious
Food cooked to perfection. Absolutely enjoyed every bite. Given current circumstances, very slow table service, but I suppose that might be a given at the moment. We had the 3 course option but decided to take the desserts home because we had already been there 2 hours already!! We were full and ready to leave. Very apologetic and helpful waitress gave us our desserts to takeaway. That was after an error on the bill was rectified. But would still go again, quality of food is lovely.
Excellent Cask Beers & home cooked food not the usual corporate ping food... very good value for money... C19 safe.
