Reading comments about the company and other people's orders were missing, I was a little bit concern about my order. After couple days of online purchase I checked status of my order on website account and it was still processing, so I called to company to double check but nobody answered, thus I left voicemail leaving message about my order, 10-15 min later, I received phone call from theshishashop.co.uk and they confirmed that my order will be on Friday. The package was delivered as they told me. Decent package, fast delivery, even though the box was hit in several places, no vase damage or other parts. Customer Service - 5/5 (Even they didn't answer my call they respond in short time) Delivery - 5/5 Website - 5/5 I will definitely be buying again.

Amazing staff, super friendly super knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend. Top quality tabaco and staff member. I would come back again. They even managed to resolve the issue which my friend experienced. Prices are super competitive than in other places.
