Lovely welcoming restaurant. Brilliant service and fantastic meals ...vast menu and a specials board. Afternoon tea is also available which we look forward to having another time. Reasonable prices for the quality of the meals well worth a visit. I would book to reserve a table.

Had a roast dinner and it was really good, just like a great home cooked Sunday roast should be. Very readable too!
Food was very nice. Would rate higher but I ordered a pint of bitter, was served citrus pale ale and, when I questioned it, was told they only have that or lager! Seems odd for a pub to have no actual beer.
Just had a lovely meal at the ship , lovely food and good service
Great place to visit and roast dinner like home.
