This place is worth giving a shot. They have large portions for affordable rates. Consistently clean and with excellent ambience. Would recommend to others.

Went here for their promo for the burgers. The bun is super soft and spongy, really lovely texture. Massive portion. Nice ambience and so peaceful. Exceptional service. The staff always check on us. Overall it's very lively and lively place.
Been to Chester before but never across the river. So glad we did. Great pub, Great meal, good portion size, excellent pudding. Great service the staff were excellent. Would certainly recommend and will definitely visit again
Friendly atmosphere, great local cask beers, excellent food. I love stopping of here for a quick pint (or two) at the end of my dog walk. Big log fire blazing in the winter too.
Lovely place with nice views. Quality of the coffee could be improved. Friendly staff but slow paced, had to wait 15' for the waitress to get my bill to pay so I went myself to the till. (I think she forgot as I saw her downstairs serving drinks) I asked for a English breakfast but unfortunately this wasn't possible as they only serve breakfast on weekends, I'll suggest to specify this on the website menu. Will come again some day and the overall rating may increase depending on the service.
