From the moment we arrived we felt that were welcome and that our custom was valued. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed a light lunch with coffee sat around a very warm log fire. I would recommend this place to anyone, completely confident that they won't be disappointed.

What a stunning meal; a real treat. Beautiful duck starter followed by the stunning, absolutely sensational braised blade of beef - both accompanied perfectly by the pinot noir, and finished off with the sticky treacle and porter pudding (the porter is local!!!)..... Service was perfect and Matt, Alistair and Jemima are always fantastic. Patrick, Seb and Kamil have done a flawless job, as always. Honestly, this has been the best dinner out I've had for a long time.

Had an amazing meal from the takeaway menu currently running. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a takeaway over the coming weeks... good choice, excellent quality produce, full of flavour and brilliant value.
Just finished the takeaway Sirloin of Beef we ordered for my lockdown birthday lunch. Utterly gorgeous! Thanks guys for helping me celebrate my birthday so deliciously.
