Ordered flowers over the phone for Mum's birthday - I don't know much about flowers but the lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly and made it very easy. The flowers that were delivered were wonderful and really made my Mum's day. Couldn't fault the service and quality here and will definitely use them again.

Excellent quality of both fresh and silk flowers. The lady who was serving was compassionate, suggested various silk flowers to put on my parents and Gt. Grandparents graves that would both look good and last as we live over 200 miles away. Highly recommend all branches.
Ordered from here last week, the flowers went down very well and as an added bonus the chocolates were delicious. Got next day delivery and in the morning had to ring up and make a change to add more flowers and to change to address, was done with no complaints. Would definitely use again.
