Friendly welcome & service with a gorgeous sandwich of Chicken & Bacon with BBQ Sauce & Red Onion on thick sliced Granary Bread. Will defo go again & it's open during Lockdown.
I go to the Sandwich shop quite regularly as its very close to my work. The staff are super lovely, however the food is very average for the price. Massively over priced for what you are paying for. They do not have a toastie machine and cook toasties by just warming the bread. Yesterday I bought a Ham Sand with a bottle of water (VOLVIC may i add) and a Tiny millionaire short bread cake which came too 6. They charge 1.20 for a millionaire short bread which is smaller than my left toe fgs. My colleague often purchases the soup which does NOT include the bread. They charge an extra 1.80 for bread. They also charge 1 for Mini Chedders how convenient that they are mini.. I unfortunately will return here as its close to my work but all of my colleagues completely agree, its massively over priced for what you get. I can understand these prices if they actually acted like a cafe and offered actual toasties. My last point is, if your going to charge 1.20 for a short bread, I'd at least expect a portion bigger than a hamster nibble.
The sandwiches are super fresh and packed full of fillings. Always delicious, I highly recommend
Excellent range of sandwiches, jacket potatoes and salads. Staff experienced and very helpful. Great value too.
