What an amazing experience I had visiting this place. The anticipation on the way there, the greetings and welcoming when I was there and the satisfaction of the food when I left! If I could give more stars, I would! Upon arriving, I noticed they take the pandemic very seriously (how it should be) and sort of stood outside as I didn’t want to just walk in as it was my first time. They saw I had a face mask on and told me to come inside and see what I want. I thought it was just a sandwich shop from the outside. I was surprised by the other items you could get from there too. They have a wide range of crisps and drinks, donuts and cakes (no standard cakes) and also a range of pick and mix sweets! Customer service was excellent, as I felt very welcome and made to feel how every customer should (very un-common nowadays). They asked me a few times if I want this ingredient or not, to make sure I know what is available to make my roll the best they can for my liking. I also took some pick and mix sweets which literally took me back to my childhood. It’s not like the picketed sweet you get everywhere. These sweets are very hard to find in places nowadays, and I would literally drive from London to just get them sweets (also the roll too)! I was very pleased how I was treated, and really enjoyed the roll too. I had the spicy meatball roll. The bun was so soft and sweet. Meat was very juicy and tasty. The size was just perfect too! I would highly recommend this place, weather you are local or not. Even if you’re not feeling eating a sandwich or a roll... there’s plenty more in that shop that would leave you smiling like a little kid that’s waiting to open they’re Christmas presents! Thanks again for the lovely experience!
