Very limited menu at the moment but still 5 star food and service. Beautiful little country pub that deserves all the support it can get. Why not plan a walk on the many surrounding footpaths and stop in for lunch.

Great pub - fantastic ham, egg and chips (all produce grown/reared on site!) and microbrewery pub serving several cask ales. Kid friendly in the lounge, with smaller meal potions available. Lots of events and things going on. Wish it was my local!
They are taking the Covid rules really seriously and they have excellent procedures in place. The atmosphere was still lovely and chilled, the beer was still spot on and food delicious.
Doesn't exactly look like you classic English pub, lacking the thatch, exposed beams and overall rustic feel to the facade. But once you eat there, you'll want to go back. The taste is homely, the cider strong, and the garden peaceful. Great for an afternoon meal.
Brilliant pint and pie system, and very efficient and friendly service. Great stop off for cyclists too \u200d️\u200d️
