Such a lovely pub with great staff and lovely food! We came at 15:00 which was still buzzing inside but all the orders were table service with flipping the menu to green if you want to order which was great. They did not offer burgers at this time but pizza was great! I think the tea could be tea leafs to reduce waste and sauces to not be on plastic container but other than this it was great! We used QR code to get the menu which was nice and truffle chips and Margarita was top notch! Having some student discount and booking system for current times could be a bit more helpful so that the place does not filled up but would love to come back again :)

the vegetarian breakfast is a must try! the most delicious and interesting combination for breakfast. the service was quite slow, but this probably had to do with the place being very busy on the weekend. However, the staff was extremely nice and even got us complimentary drinks for the long wait. Highly recommend for a nice brunch out on the weekend, but book in advance

Visited the Rusty Bicycle with my girlfriend last night as we had been meaning to sample the delightful food here for some time prior to the epidemic. I have to say we were greeted with great welcome from the host outside of the restaurant and the safety procedures well though out. However, prior to being seated we were asked if we could share a table with another set of 2 people; normally I would be fine with this but given the current social distancing measures this was not okay. The distance between both groups would be \u003c1m and thus we opted to wait. My recommendation for the Rusty Bicycle is to not offer this in the current climate and I would suggest revising this. Other than that the Al Capone Burger with Parmasen fries was sublime - best burger I've had in Oxford. The Truffle y Funghi pizza was incredible the base really made the pizza! Staff were pleasant and very helpful. But please - I'm sure your customers are willing to wait a little longer to ensure safety. Please don't sit people with others. It is unsafe right now. Thanks for the wonderful meal.

My husband and I visited last night. It was so lovely to be out, this was our second restaurant outing since lock down. The experience felt really normal, whilst also being reassuringly controlled. The safety measures are spot on - they keep you safe whilst not being overbearing. We had a wonderful welcome on arrival and the rules were explained. It was nice to be greeted back with a smile. The food was brilliant, we both had burgers. We were asked how we wanted them cooked and responded that we wanted them 'twitching', as we like them rare. They were absolutely amazing. We have eaten as the rusty on multiple occasions and the burgers are always cracking, but this time it was sublime. The best yet. Absolutely gorgeous. We will be back soon.

This is a very nice community pub, child and dog friendly, with lots of versatile comfy seating (but they could fit a couple more tables in). Good selection of beer. I had the Mighty Veggie breakfast, which was very good (the leek and cheese fritter was a bit unnecessary, but the quac was a nice fresh touch and the sourdough bread was great!). Very nice smiley staff. Total thumbs up!
