Stopped for lunch. Pleasant pub in a quiet setting with a large courtyard garden with heated spaces. Food good and not too expensive. Three ales on and the one sampled was very good. Friendly service.

Cracking pub with lovely staff. We had a very good value meal (a lot of wine...) on a post lockdown lunch and afternoon.
Excellent food full of flavour. With plenty of parking in the back. Great peaceful outdoor seating area. Well recommended to make a detour to get to this pub.
5 star Sunday roast! A really wonderful roast dinner with ALL the trimmings - cauli cheese and red cabbage included. Superb roast potatoes and the meat was fantastic too. Can’t recommend more. Their outdoor seating that goes out into the car park too is great and the staff are really friendly and attentive. Thank you
