Emailed the shop during lockdown for advice and David came back to me with a series of questions until we got to the trainers that suited my feet the best. My size was out of stock but they got them in within a few days and I collected them from the shop. Great service, definitely the best place for running trainers in the Tonbridge area. #shoplocal

I called the Running Hub after my recently purchased elsewhere 3 pairs of trainers were hurting. Something was wrong and I wanted expert advice. Assuming it was the style of trainer, David did a recorded video of my walking using the treadmill in-store. Not only was it the style of trainer BUT... I needed a size 10 trainer when I'd been wearing size 8! Beyond mortified at A) Suddenly realising I have gigantic girls feet and B) Embarrassed I didn't really know how a shoe should fit. I came away feeling on cloud 10 (haha!) with socks that don't slip down my ankles and a pair of trainers, that despite the size, are black and pink and \girly\. David has all sizes and fits in store, he wasn't phased by my needs, was friendly, informative and has saved me a lot of stress, pain and finance from buying shoe after shoe! Highly recommend.
