Came on a group holiday to Colston and ended up having a drink at The Royal Oak. The staff and atmosphere were immediately friendly and welcoming so we booked a table for lunch the next day as well. Both bar staff were attentive and helpful and were happy to have a laugh with the group. cant thank them enough for their hospitality! The food was also lovely attached is the beef roast :) Thank you!

Had a meal on the 8th of October. It was excellent. Cooked to perfection. Staff were so attentive and professional didn't have a alcoholic drink, because it was the middle of the day. Will definitely be going back. If you are thinking of going there. Stop it. just get there you won't be disappointed.
Had an amazing meal at the Royal Oak last Friday night. The service was excellent and the food top quality. I had the chicken with stilton sauce and my wife had the lamb shank - both were great. All tables were socially distanced and staff wore masks. A brilliant 70th birthday treat. Will go again.
Lovely steak, perfectly cooked. Smoked salmon and prawn starter amazing. Veggie nut roast was good too! Recommended!!
