The staff are warm and friendly. It is an old but spacious country pub. It has 2 large rooms and 2, more intimate ones, as well as a games room. The food is delicious and homemade. It is built around an old well and has made a feature of it.
Lovely staff , the only criticism I have it could of been hotter & maybe some green veg on the plate would have been nice. But nice place & like I said lovely staff & very attentive .
The atmosphere when you walked In was lovely and friendly. The food was exceptional and extremely tasty. We didn't have starters Mains we had steak with chips mushroom onion rings and tomato. Yorkshire pudding with sausages infused mash and onion gravy Fish and chips with peas and tartar sauce. All the meals were delicious and hot very tasty and full of flavour.. Pudding were delicious too Overall 5 stars hospitality was lovely and would recommend and definitely go back.
Pretty decent pub fair. Emphasis on quantity but Pretty decent and very friendly staff.
