I stayed here as part of the Britstop scene for travelling camper and and the experience was perfect. The host was most welcoming on the phone and also when I arrived. The food was extremely good value for exceptional quality. The real ales were fabulously kept and he clearly keeps the lines In Tip top condition. I cannot recommend this pub highly enough and I will definitely be coming back.

Stayed at an Air BnB around the corner so what a delight to find a local which sells great ales and fantastic grub. Here again tomorrow so looking forward to eating here again. It’s traditional it’s friendly and I do wish I had a local like this. Friendly local drinkers in there too. Well done to the chef. Thanks to all at the Royal Oak Wood Street Guildford.
