Returned to the Royal Oak again to sample the food and beer yesterday as have visited before on other occasions and always enjoyed both.. Yet again, we were not to be disappointed. The food portions were of a very generous size(and reasonably priced) and both the quality of the food and beer was sublime and the staff as helpful and friendly as ever. Love you, pink pub. You have an unspoilt interior and 2 old school separate bars which is becoming a rarer thing these days. This pub is highly recommended by both myself and my friend who visited with me yesterday. Keep up the good work and see you again soon!!

Absolutely fabulous x liver and bacon today and a lasagna. Christmas Decs make it so cosy. Staff and atmosphere warm and friendly. Will be back soon x
Always good especially home cooked pies and the liver and onion. Always fresh vegetables. Salad is exceptionally good not just lettuce or those various leaves that get stuck in your teeth. Well thought out and good service.
Love this pub, it's now our local. Good food and beers, very reasonable prices and welcoming friendly staff.
