Channie and team at the pub were amazing when arranging our wedding reception on 15th August. During a time where we didn't even know whether we could have a reception they were happy to provisionally plan everything, including arranging a marquee. We found out 36 hours before the wedding that we could have a reception and they sprang into action immediately, resulting in a wonderful reception with excellent food, our beloved retriever in attendance and they had even decorated the tables with the items we provided. I can highly recommend them, first class and friendly all the way!

This place always serves brilliant food. Had so many fond memories and meals in this place. Great staff nice location and outdoor area. Bring back the deepfried battered mozzarella sticks
Welcoming staff on arrival and a good atmosphere. Food was on point. I have nothing but good to say about our evening and will definately be returning. My only criticism was a little back ground music would have been nice, having said that we mentioned this to a member of staff who informed us that the music system was temporarily out of action. Great job guys, it's a 5* from us
It was really nice. Except the bar staff had long hair and was not tied back. They played with their hair and never washed or anti bac their hands. Beer is classed as food. Long hair should always be tied back.
Lovely food. Excellent chips. Proper potatoes, fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Calamari cooked perfectly. Really lovely staff. It’s a dog friendly pub. The TVs by the bar for the football obsessed boyfriend was a bonus.
