Well-prepared juicy meat with original sauces that complement it nicely. Only the fries could have been fried a bit less. Overall, I fully recommend. Very happy to have made a stop here.

Beacon has an interesting menu with 7 kind of burgers including 2 veggi options, and Beacon specials like lobster & shrimp roll and pulled pork sandwich that I would definitely like to try, but now I took the Local Melt burger. Which was super tasty. I had to send it back two times though, only because French has a different understanding about medium cooked than myself and I found it a bit too rare. They made the two rounds with no issue, the waiter was super kind and didn’t do a blink. The bun was also very nice and soft, I actually never have eaten one this tasty. I asked my menu with coleslaw and instead I got it with fries, so the service was kind of casual, but the place is casual as well. Overall I would rate it to 4.5 frankly speaking because of the little efforts I had to make. Definitely will come back and would recommend Beacon as an exceptional burger place.
Really some of the best burgers we've ever had... And the gravy, Swiss fondue dip and homemade iced tea make the food on offer here very special. Add friendly and helpful service and you've got a top place to eatin Annecy!

Le burger de la mort qui tue a son adresse a Annecy. Des ingrédients de qualité, vraiment goutus (le porc effiloché...c'est le petit Jésus en culotte de velours) et des recettes classiques comme élaborées. Les frites maison sont craquantes, les portions raisonnables. Pour ce qui est des boissons, pas mal de soft maison ou locaux. Dans les bières, trop d'IPA a mon goût mais ça se respecte et ça va chercher de la micro brasserie qui va bien (et pourquoi pas de l'ambrée ou de la brune avec un Pulled Pork??) Le seul petit hic, c'est le tarif annécien, mais on excuse car les ingrédients sont bons et choisis, les saveurs au rendez-vous !
