One of the best alternatives in Bedford. Highly recommended if you want space to breath and relax, enjoy a beer with friends. Everything is perfect and lovely, central and has fair prices.

We went out to lunch (3 women with 2 toddlers) and we were the first customers of the day. The service was good and the food arrived very quickly however the highchairs they gave us were not clean and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while which I had a big issue with. Otherwise, it's a decent place to have lunch or go for a drink.
The staff were friendly and the manager was super nice but I didn't understand why I was charged full price when they are participating in the government eat/drink out scheme maybe it's because I didn't order food but I stopped by for drinks only and possibly the scheme works with food & drinks to get the 50% discount. I'm not sure I wish you could get reduced drinks at the pubs their trade would massively increase! They have a good one-way system running and I will definitely be back to try some food and drinks in the future. I really did like how pleasant & helpful the staff were. Thank you
Website says this pub is dog friendly but it isn't. Staff is nice though. Ordering is through an app which is easy, service can be a bit slow.
Cool atmosphere, nice staff, gea choice of drinks in keg & cask. Good for groups, dinner, & party.
