Excellent service from the barkeep! Chatty and knew when to turn up and ask if we fancied another drink. Good beer, great little outside space. Definitely a great daytime drinking establishment.

Lovely little pub! The food is amazing and they have some classic options you don't see so often. I has the chicken supreme and my partner had the burger. Both were excellent quality and very generous.
Amazing find. We were delighted to discover this warm and friendly pub when we came to the area for a trip to the local theatre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have specific dietary needs and they were wonderfully willing to accommodate me. The food was beautiful; utterly delicious and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was warm and friendly. We can't wait to come back again. Totally worth the drive. If you're in the area this place will absolutely make you happy. Be sure to book first to avoid disappointment. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely, lovely time.
Good local pub that is small but welcoming. We ate and drank there one warm summer evening and had a lovely time. Good selection of beer. Very nice food. Lovely friendly staff.
Absolutely cracking pub, one of tobys pubs and its very well ran. Food menu is simple but very good. Happy hour 3-7 and they have curry nights on Thursdays which are tasty and sizeable. Bar staff in particular Charlotte and abi were very welcoming and friendly. Drink choice is decent.
