I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We enjoyed the fantastic environment and the meals. The staff were very attentive. I am happy we finally managed to eat here.

First time trying this Chinese takeaway in Harold wood, and not disappointed! Lemon Chicken was delicious! Lovely customer service too!
Food really nice but the young lady at the counter who took my order was quite unfriendly and aggressive not just to me but to quite a few other customers who also ordered .Not a good look.Hi Romford dragon . so in reply to you asking me how i know she was rude to customers : Firstly she was aggressive and impatient with me whilst taking my order and seemed as if she would explode at any moment if i was to confront her on this and also you had taxi drivers collecting orders from her that she was shouting at because they were confused in how to approach her on which order they were taking out ( one taxi driver displayed great calmness whilst being spoken to like an animal ) .There was no confusion it was just plain rudeness and inpatients towards anyone that had to converse with her .But like i said your food is really nice .Wish i taped it and i could send you a video .I have had a few more meals from you and i have updated to the fifth star as your food is always 10/10 for me .
First time ordered on Xmas Eve and although it was busy and took a little longer than expected, the food was amazing and we'll be ordering from here again as our new favourite Chinese takeaway!
The Romford Dragon is far the best chinese in my area, the food is always lovely an fresh and hot when its delivered. Every dish I have had has been delicious and full of flavour. Well done to you all.
