Busy, but not overly so. Friendly, good food reasonably priced. Convenient parking and near town centre. Nice walk down river nearby.

Lovely afternoon tea. Everything freshly made.
Stopped in for lunch. I had a very tasty smoked chicken toastie then coffee and lemon cake (because I couldn't resist it). Service was friendly if a little slow although the staff were working very hard. I suspect that staff numbers have to be limited due to Covid restrictions so I was happy to wait.
Superb Christmas lunch. Great, friendly service and fantastic food.
