We came for dinner after work and the food here was lovely . The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our relaxing evening with dinner. Thank you, we'll definitely eat here again soon.

Went here for my birthday. Had Gammon & chips. Enjoyed it. Monday night. Got 50% of by down loading the vintageinns app. Bit pricey. Could be cheaper else where & get bit more. Nephew had fish and chips. He enjoyed it. If we had had gone else where, the fish would of been bigger. Definatley recommend it. Ample parking.
Really nice place, only been once before for a funeral tea. Very well looked after by great attentive staff. It would have been 5 stars but let down by poor coffee, not good, to say the least Irish coffee, shortage of sauce on the mushroom starter (plenty of mushrooms though) and the lamb koftas were poor. Will definitely go again and would certainly recommend The River Sure.
Fab Sunday lunch,great steaks...i enjoy the food here recommended. Friendly staff, and a good sized seating area with front garden dining available also. Feels very Christmassy in December.
Excellent food in a warm and cosey setting. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
