I booked an introductory session a few weeks back and immediately booked another ten sessions. My trainer, Connor, manages to put me through my paces whilst also making it fun, even when I am exhausted. I learn new skills (or at least attempt them!) each week and I already feel fitter from it. I hadn't really boxed before outside of a HIIT class and I am now a convert, it is a totally different experience doing it properly and in a ring with an experienced boxer. The club is really clean and a comfortable place to be. So it easily gets a five star rating from me.

Great place to train and get fit. So much more fun than normal gyms and great bunch of blokes that train as well. I have lost 2 stone in 2 months since lockdown as it isn't a chore to go. Highly recommend,
Great boxing club and a fantastic, friendly atmosphere. I started from scratch here over a year ago and The Ring has given me everything I need to progress in terms of skill and fitness. I highly recommend the PT sessions and the classes as they allow you to be really pushed and get to that next level. Overall, great boxing club.

Love this gym! Super friendly atmosphere, free weights, benches and squat racks, 2 full sized rings, loads of bags with space to move and top-level pro trainers on hand to offer tips as you go. Can train on my own, do 1-2-1s or join the classes. Ideal 5 min walk from Waterloo and right next to Southwark tube. Been looking for a gym like this for years - great work The Ring Team.
