We went to many kitchen companies to make sure we were getting the right one for us. Straight away we knew that Rigid understood what we wanted from our kitchen. Through the pandemic they have been nothing but brilliant. The design was exactly what we wanted, the price was in our budget and sensible and the customer service was spot on. We are so over the moon with our kitchen. No hassle, just designed, ordered, fitted and we were looked after. Thanks a million Rigid.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Rigid Kitchen in July 2020. John gave great advice, was responsive to all questions/queries we had and really gave us a truly fantastic kitchen within our budget. Chris, who fitted the kitchen, was also exceptional. Extremely professional and takes pride in what he does. Can not recommend highly enough.
We have a small kitchen which is big enough for two of us so we didn’t want to extend it but it needed an overhaul & we wanted to make better use of the space available. We tried a couple of the well known kitchen companies but didn’t feel they were helping us to get wanted (but were really keen to ask for a deposit!) so we almost gave up. Seeing one of Rigid’s vans in the local area was fate! From the moment we walked into their showroom to the day they left our home, they were brilliant! They made suggestions about the best layout and materials, arranged the plasterers, electricians, floor tiler and worktop fitters (who were all professional, accommodating & finished work to a high standard), and left us with a fantastic kitchen which we love. Their fitter, Spencer, was an absolute star! He made sure we were happy & kept us informed about what was happening and when. I honestly could not recommend Rigid Kitchens highly enough. They’ve given us a high quality kitchen at a good price. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️
The friendly and professional staff at Rigid made the experience of designing and installing our new kitchen pleasurable and stress free. They advised as well as listening to our ideas and designed a kitchen that is exactly as we had imagined and we are thrilled with the result. The expert fitter was organised, reassuring and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Rigid Kitchens.
Was dreading having a new kitchen fitted after unpleasant experiences in the past but Ridig kitchen company were amazing. From a visit to the showroom, where the staff were helpful but not pushy, like some of the big companies, to the fitting it was brilliant. All concerned listened to what I wanted and produced exactly what they said they would. The quality of the units and fitting is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Thank you all for a job well done
