Loved the place, the staffs and service. Everything was excellent. Very good afternoon tea and very warm visit with Santa. Our son loved it. Parking was available for free up to 3 hours. We tried afternoon tea with Santa visit but planning to try dinner later. Highly recommended place.

Nice, fancy place. The freakshake was delicious and a bonus because not many places serve them. Had the fillet steak with chips and peppercorn sauce which was very tasty. The chips especially were some of the best I’ve had! Only things stopping 5 stars were that the service was a bit slow (waited an hour for food but to be fair the staff were very apologetic about that) and although the fillet steak was great it was quite a bit more expensive than other ones I’ve tried and on the same level (or less). Apart from that we had a lovely evening, the staff were all very friendly & attentive and the restaurant is a lovely compliment to the hotel. Will definitely be back to try again!

This hotel is devoid of any friendly atmosphere!, Second night we were forced to wait 1hour 15 minutes before our meals arrived, 26 was charged against my room when the charge was actually 9.40? and it's impossible to get a drink without setting up our mobile phone??? So that you place your order?and this system we were told was because of Covid and it was safer for the staff? the fact that \the staff\ spent hours helping guest set up there phones in close contact with each guest and possibly passing on Covid from phone to phone was lost in the stupidity of of the system,I have stopped in hotel's all over the world (THIS is by far the WORST).
Food was amazing staff were real friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, definitely go again!
