Took over 17 months to fulfill a subject access request which should have taken no more than one calendar month. The HSCB staff dealing with the request, including senior management were obstructive, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. End result was a complaint to the Information Commissioners Office and the conduct of HSCB staff and a rap on the knuckles for HSCB staff for breaching GDPR. The HSCB handed over the data I requested a year and a half later after the ICO intervened.
