amazing selection of fish. by far best I've found in the Midlands so far. Really helpful lady, had plenty of time to help us and offer advice. Excellent
Made a 40 minute journey to visit this shop... Greeted by two members of staff. We then continued to look around the shop and it's wide selection of marine species. When needing assistance, both members of staff seemed unwilling and annoyed that we had even asked. When they answered the questions, the answers were very short and they quickly carried on with what they were doing. They were more interested in chatting to each other than in helping their customers. I will not be returning anytime in the near future.
I have been frequenting reefkeeper rugby since not long after opening, which conveniently was around the same time as restarting my large reef tank. Since then over the last couple of years I have stocked my tank exclusively from here and never had a single health problem with any of the stock, can add them to my tank with confidence. Super healthy stock and a good range, found all staff members friendly and helpful Concider myself very lucky to have this as my local fish store.
Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent selection of marine and freshwater fish kept in truly excellent conditions.
