The opening headline can only be SUPERB! We booked Red Olive to take care of the catering for our 10 year anniversary event at Mercia Marina which was to provide high quality reception food, drink and service to more than 200 VIP guests. These ranged from MP's, local Councilors, architects and high profile blue chip businesses. Red Olive's service was outstanding as they understood the brief and gave expert advice about portions, gave great suggestions on what to serve and made site visits to ensure planning and delivery was on point. The staff in presentation were amazing and conducted themselves perfectly to add value to our very special event. As for the food, well this looked as good as it tasted. Beautifully made and presented and we had fantastic feedback from our guests about how it looked and the combinations of flavours. So a big thank you from Mercia Marina Derbyshire to Cat and her team at Red Olive.
