We called in here on our way home from an event so we missed the rush hour traffic. It was very quiet and there wasn't much of an atmosphere, but the food was spot on and the waitress was really friendly. We had the sausage and mash and ham egg and chips. Would definitely recommend.

Been our local for 8 years now. Friendly, unspoilt pub in lovely location. Very acceptable Sunday roast when I want a day off!!
Made welcome and covid regulations were closely monitored
