Phoned last minute to book as we were staying around the area. We went early and were impressed with the menu choices, especially as tonight between 5.30-6.30 they did an early bird special. We had fish & chips plus a choice of a glass wine, pint beer or soft drink for 8.00 each. The food came out piping hot and the meal was lovely, we didn't have room for a dessert but heard the menu being read out and again plenty of choice. Would recommend that you book as when we left there wasn't a empty table. Also there is a camping & caravan site behind the pub which had hard standing and looked good.

Very friendly staff and a very nice pub for a drink , they make very nice sandwiches and there chips are good
Went to curry and quiz night. Fantastic food and good price. Everything was socially distanced and felt extremely comfortable. Can well recommend!
Food was very good, we ate here 2 nights as we were staying on the caravan site, both nights food were excellent
Good friendly staff and nice food (well it was 3 course curry night) we camped for a night in the campsite at the rear
