Although a beautiful establishment the staff and owners were rude and ebrupt. The owners lacked customer care and welfare. Me and my partner went there for a romantic weekend, but the atmosphere experienced made it impossible to have a romantic weekend. We wouod not recommend this place to anyone

Lovely family friendly pub. Ideal for a nice roast after a walk. The Sunday roast was amazing and the staff was kind and helpful.
Staff were lovely but surroundings were tired and in need of refurbishment. Food mediocre portions small.A somewhat rough element to the place. Shame because it could be a beautiful place with some TLC .
Nice barmaid very friendly nice pint too
Staff very helpful and polite. Good was ok fish nice with crisp batter . Unfortunately the rustic chips were a little bit of a let down. Some were a bit thick and soggy. Even though all was edible. Nice quiet areas to sit round back so good place for a quiet lunch.
