Not overly impressed, wanted a xmas tree but sold out, asked for ex display told no, went back next day, ex display sold, grrrrrrrrrr
The one thing I hate when I go shopping is when goods are not priced. It’s a BASIC requirement. It’s a poor show when items are not priced. This was the third visit I found this to be the case. I thought about complaining but I got the feeling this would fall on deaf ears. My partner and I visited the store on Sat 9th Jan at 12:20pm. We picked up quite a bit, approx 100 worth of goods but it was the constant picking of other goods and putting them back because they weren’t priced. In the end I counted 8 different items that weren’t priced. In the end we had enough and left the trolley with the goods in there and walked out. We WONT be shopping there again.
The store isn't laid out very logically, but maybe that's because it's November, so Christmas set up is in full swing I guess. Lots of stock stacks partially blocking aisles, waiting to be merchandised to the fixtures, so getting around was challenging in places. Wide range of reasonably priced goods, staff fairy polite and helpful. Covid precautions good.
The range is a must to visit to get all your festive decorations plus plenty more goods to look at. Forget your online shopping please go and look around the store plus many other retailers offering good quality goods. Keep the middle man going instead of the internet.
