Refused refund on 15 rolls of wallpaper that i brought online. Online its states as long as yiu have all paperwork and unopened packaging you can go to store for refund. Manager said it has changed and needs to be collected from my home. When trying to telephone for collection. A message saying are having technical difficulties. Soon i will be outside of the 28 days refund time and will lose alot of money though no fault of my own. Very unfair as website still saying items can be returned to store.

Absolutely freezing!!!! I want go there again until either the weather improves or the shops heating does. Horrendous. So cold I couldn't concentrate to shop.
This is an amazing shop, especially at Christmas time. The staff was extremely kind, and dismounted and sold me the last of a fancy Christmas light. A big thank you for them, I really appreciate their work.
Tattered but good selection! The range has a wide selection of goods from house hold goods to pet toys and food. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a good bargain. However the store could definitely do with a facelift!
Great store for all your home furnishings but staff very un willing to help you out. If you see what you want on the shelf you are great but if you don't then do not ask the staff, they will not help, its too much trouble to go out the back and look!
