Well it has alot if nice things but I just feel its over priced.. The staff on the other had are really helpful one guy I asked if they had any more wallpaper he replied no what out is what we have.. I approached another young Asian lad wears glasses didn't get his name anyway he went and looked and got what I needed.. So if ever in doubt Ask someone else..

Mainly due to other customers not adhering to mandatory face covering, what a joke, I thought they employed the security guard to check on this and question people but oh no, he would rather just stroll around the entrance area doing absolutely nothing. I could not wait to get out of there, and I certainly will not be going back again, even after lockdown. And as for social distancing, like the face coverings, A JOKE !!!!!

I don't have a problem with the range itself, I'm usually very satisfied shopping here in terms of product range, prices etc. Today however I felt I needed to mark this store down as I only saw one member of staff wearing a mask the rest were either not bothering or just not wearing it correctly. There didn't seem to be any regard for the fact that we're still in tier three and supposed to be being careful. I get that it's not the best but surely it's better to be safe and stay open than have to lockdown again. I cut my shopping trip short as I just felt frustrated.

The store was busy when we visited, which would have been good if everyone had followed the one way, kept socially distant, worn masks and gelled on the way in. But too many didn't do this, staff and customers. Only 3 tills open, so a bit of a queue to pay.

Well normally i find few of staff rude but went yesterday and what a change by one man called brien helping every one by his self run off his feet he let me buy the item of shelf as was sold out he was lovely and polite and even smiled made a real positive to my day as normally when i go and ask where something is i get rude response but this man woo big difference so i know who am looking for each time who said the Christmas cheer has gone. Thank you brain in the white shirt i had one very happy boy when i showed him the item thank you its the little things like good customer service that makes your day
