Well the range is what it is so let's take that as read and talk about this one compared to others. Spacious, reasonable selection though low stock on a few things. I don't like the layout of the entrance way and it's full of trip hazards if you are blind or partially sighted, particularly upstairs is a death trap. I find even fully sighted I struggle with low small items laid out.

Lovely staffs especially Werner and Connor. Genuinely polite and helpful. Insisted on carrying 24 kg mirror to our car. Refused a tip. Connor should be commended by his manager. Will definitely come back to this branch. Mrs Cheng

Prices missing on some items, have to keep taking items to the till to find the price. Some walk ways tight for wheelchair access other walk ways are slightly wider. Large amount of stock still on wooden pallets awaiting for staff to place on shelves. Single lift to second floor very Small for wheelchair access ( view photo 2.11.20). Only toilets on second floor not made for access of wheelchairs(view photo 2.11.20). Disabled parking outside main entrance, which is a single sliding glass door. Once inside entrance there is a large amount of seasonal stock items crowded around entrance location. Information update 25.11.20. The cafe on the second floor is no longer open. However hot food and drinks are available outside the Range across the car park at three other catering outlets.

I visited this Friday morning - 31 January 2020. I was immediately struck by how filthy the shop was. The floors were more dirty than I have ever seen in a shop. The shelves half stocked and very untidy. Prices were missing from lots of shelves. There were no prices on greeting cards and no sheet available with codes and prices. There was no-one around to ask. The service in cafe was barely polite. The cutlery was marked and dirty. There were piles of boxes abandoned in the middle of the shop with no-one trying to clear them and with no thought for shoppers. The whole shop gives the impression that nobody cares what it looks like. The only positive was the lovely friendly check out lady. Something desperately needs to be done to deep clean and tidy this store.

I enjoyed looking around the Range, bought what l wanted there. It's a very handy store that sells almost everything for the house.
